Workshop Technician
Location: Colnbrook
Contract: Full-time
Experienced technician in commercial vehicle repair and maintenance, with strong organisation skills and time management, reporting to Head of Fleet & Operations.
Position is based on-site to cover mechanical and electrical repair, preventative maintenance and modification of the FVTH fleet and customer vehicles. Also attend customer sites or roadside breakdowns for scheduled and unscheduled repairs as and when required.
Essential qualifications
- Fully skilled LGV Technician through recognised training programme, NVQ Part 4 or City & Guilds Part 3 or equivalent.
- Driving licence including LGV C+E
- Ability to use computer and standard software at basic level

HGV Class 1 Driver/Yard/Valet
Location: Colnbrook
Contract: Full-time
A key customer facing position. Experienced HGV1 driver who can deliver an efficient, and safe driver/yard/valet function at FVTH Ltd locations in support of the Rental and Lease Customers, reporting into the Head of Rental & Contract Hire.
Position is based on-site with the requirement to attend customer sites for the demonstration and use of vehicles on collection and delivery.
Responsible for cleaning and preparing all vehicles across FVTH locations, assigned facilities and reporting defects and damage. Using the damage tablet to maximise our damage capture.
Essential qualifications

- HGV Class 1 Driving Qualification
- Medical clearance in line with your professional responsibilities as a Class 1 Driver
- Valid Driver CPC
Desirable
- Legislation regarding your profession as a driver
- Latest knowledge of large goods vehicles and the technology regarding Euro 6, low emissions, and ULEZ Zones
- Basic vehicle maintenance
